Terms of Service

Last updated 18 October 2026

Draft — this page describes how Audienzi actually works today, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and still contains placeholders. It is not yet a binding document.

These terms cover your use of Audienzi. The most important one is short: replies posted through Audienzi go out under your name, you approve every one of them, and you are responsible for what they say.

The service

Audienzi, operated by [TODO(builder): legal entity name and registered address], reads the comments on YouTube videos you choose, sorts them, drafts replies for videos on your own channel, and posts those replies to YouTube once you approve them.

Audienzi is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Your account

You need a Google account with access to the YouTube channel you connect. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through your Audienzi account.

You may only connect a channel you own or are authorised to act for.

You approve every reply

Audienzi never posts on its own. Every reply is a draft until you approve it, and approving it is your decision and your statement.

AI-written drafts can be wrong, out of date, or simply a bad fit for the comment. Read each one before you approve it. You are responsible for the content of every reply posted from your account, whether you wrote it or edited a draft.

Acceptable use

When using Audienzi you must not:

  • Break YouTube's Terms of Service, its community guidelines, or Google's API Services User Data Policy.
  • Use it to send spam, harassment, deceptive content, or identical replies at scale in order to manipulate a comment section.
  • Attempt to bypass the pacing, duplicate-reply and own-channel restrictions the product applies.
  • Collect another channel's comment data in order to harass, dox or otherwise harm people.
  • Probe, overload or attempt to break the service, or use it to build a competing dataset for resale.

Plans, limits and payment

Each plan sets how many videos, comments and AI drafts it covers. When a limit is reached the product tells you which one and what your options are; it does not silently stop working.

Paid plans are not yet billed automatically — during early access, plan changes are made by hand. When billing is introduced, prices, renewal terms and refund conditions will be shown before you are charged, and you will not be charged without agreeing to them first.

Availability

Audienzi is offered as it is, without a guarantee of uptime. It depends on YouTube's API, which enforces a daily quota shared across all users of the product; when that quota runs low, some actions may be delayed or refused until it resets.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will give notice where we reasonably can.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Audienzi at any time by revoking its access from your Google account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the shared YouTube quota at risk for other users, or exposes us to legal liability.

No warranty

Audienzi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that AI-generated drafts are accurate or appropriate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits or goodwill, or for any consequence of a reply you chose to post — including action taken against your channel by YouTube.

[TODO(builder): a lawyer should set the liability cap and confirm this clause is enforceable where you operate.]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and significant changes will be shown in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Audienzi after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [TODO(builder): country / state whose law governs]. Questions about them go to [TODO(builder): contact email address].
