  • Will it post things I didn't write?

    No. Every reply is a draft until you click Reply. Nothing is ever sent automatically or on a schedule.

  • Will YouTube flag it as spam?

    Replies go out one at a time with a natural gap, and each is worded its own way. Posting the same text twice on a video is refused.

  • Is it safe to connect my channel?

    The key Google gives us is encrypted and never reaches your browser. We read comments and, only when you click, post your reply. That's all we can do.

What creators ask before they connect a channel. If something isn't here, send us a note — we answer every one.

  • How do I get access?

    Request it with the form above. Google is still checking our app, so only channels we add by hand can sign in. We let in a few at a time and a real person replies to every request. Your first video is free once you're in.

  • Does Audienzi reply to comments automatically?

    No. Every reply is a draft until you click Reply. There is no auto-post, no schedule and no background posting — a person approves each reply, every time. You can draft a whole filter in one go, review them quickly, and still nothing leaves until you approve it.

  • Will YouTube flag me for spam if I reply in bulk?

    That is exactly what we built against. Replies are sent one at a time with a short random gap rather than in a burst, each draft is worded its own way even when twenty people asked the same thing, and posting the identical text twice on one video within a day is refused outright. The pacing is enforced on our server, so it holds whether you click once or approve twenty.

  • Can I reply to comments on anyone's video?

    You can read, sort and download comments from any public video — yours or a competitor's — but replies are only offered on your own videos. Drafting or posting on someone else's video is refused. Other channels are for learning, not a megaphone.

  • What access do you need to my YouTube account?

    You sign in with Google — we never see or store a password. We request a single YouTube permission that lets us read your comments and post a reply when you approve one. The key Google gives us for your channel is encrypted before it is stored and is only ever used on our server; your browser never receives it. You can take that access away at any time from your Google account's connected-apps page.

  • What happens when I run out of AI drafts?

    Nothing stops working. The monthly number only counts replies the AI writes for you, and it starts fresh at the start of each month. Replies you type yourself are never counted — so you can keep answering your viewers without limit, posted with the same spam-safe gap.

  • Can I fix a reply after it is posted?

    Yes. You can edit the text of a reply you already posted, or delete it from YouTube, without leaving Audienzi. Deleting one also tidies up our copy of it, so the comment goes back to looking unanswered.

  • What if a video has more comments than my plan covers?

    You choose which ones we analyse — the newest, or the most liked. Nothing is silently dropped or half-analysed: you are told the video is over the cap and you pick the slice that matters to you.

  • Where does my comment data go?

    Comments are read from YouTube with your permission and kept in our database so you can sort, filter and download them. To sort a comment and write a reply, the comment's text is sent to our AI provider. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else. Removing a video from Audienzi deletes its stored comments and drafts.

  • Can I get the comments out of Audienzi?

    Always, on every plan. Markdown, plain text, JSON and CSV are free for everyone — the Markdown file is laid out to paste straight into any AI chat. Paid plans add PDF, Excel and XML to share with a team or a client.
